Co-pays and deductibles are due at each visit and can be processed by your therapist at each appointment. You can pay by credit card, debit card, check or cash. We will provide you with a receipt.
If possible, please check with your insurer ahead of time to determine what they cover for psychotherapy. Let them know you are seeing a participating provider if you have one of the five insurances listed above. By letting them know we are a participating provider, your insurer will be able to tell you what their most generous coverage is. Please be sure to bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment. Our billing service will use that information to submit for payment.
